But fear is a choice, it is a product of thoughts you create. Do not misunderstand me, danger is real, but fear is a choice. And if we all have the choice to choose our thoughts, can we trust on something bigger than us? Can choose faith instead of fear? When we trust the Universe, the impossible becomes possible. Change fear for faith.

The important thing is that you allow yourself to shift, even if it is a teeny-weeny shift in perspective, in your thinking, in your feeling. 3. Slow down.

It's impossible to think clearly when you're flooded with fear or anxiety. The first thing to do is take time out so you can physically calm down. Distract yourself from the worry for 15 minutes by walking around the block, making a cup of tea or having a bath

2. Identify.

Get specific about what exactly you’re afraid of. Get clear on what is true vs what your imagination is creating an exaggeration on. Stick to your facts.


1. Trust.
 
Trust the fact that everything that is happening is for your highest good. To either teach you, guide you or show you something in order to grow deeper. Live in the knowledge that anything you need to know will be revealed to you.
