Feeling afraid, scared, or uncertain...let's get your faith back.

Fear is a feeling induced by perceived danger or threat that occurs in certain types of organisms, which causes a change in metabolic and ultimately a change in behavior. But fear is a choice, it is a product of thoughts you create. Do not misunderstand me, danger is real, but fear is a choice. And if we all have the choice to choose our thoughts, can we trust on something bigger than us? Can choose faith instead of fear? When we trust the Universe, the impossible becomes possible. Change fear for faith.

Below you will find quick hacks to get you moving. Read, search, play - - take what you need! The important thing is that you allow yourself to shift, even if it is a teeny-weeny shift in perspective, in your thinking, in your feeling. Shifts are subtle ways to seeing things from a different perspective, acquire some self-love, self-compassion, and harness the strength to keep on going. That is why they say that the tinnies shift of them all can actually move mountains. So before we go any further...stop, take a deep breath, change your frequency, & carry on!

  • Why you should define your fears instead of your goals by Tim Ferriss
The hard choices -- what we most fear doing, asking, saying -- are very often exactly what we need to do. How can we overcome self-paralysis and take action? Tim Ferriss encourages us to fully envision and write down our fears in detail, in a simple but powerful exercise he calls "fear-setting." Learn more about how this practice can help you thrive in high-stress environments and separate what you can control from what you cannot.

  • Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind by Joe Dispenza
Ever wonder why you repeat the same negative thoughts in your head? Why do you keep coming back for more from hurtful family members, friends, or significant others? Why do you keep falling into the same detrimental habits or limiting attitudes―even when you know that they are going to make you feel bad?

  • F*** the fear, it's not real anyway! by Deri Llewellyn-Davies TED x UniversityofEdinburgh

  • Deri Llewellyn-Davies deals with the three big F words, to unravel why fear can feel so real, whilst being entirely irrational. Fear is implicit to courage, a supposed essential trait for success in business and life, but what is it really?

Have 3 minutes of spare?

When you train your body to get used to seeing things through the lens of contentment, after 40 days it becomes a habit. Can you teach your body to act and not react?

Don’t just get to know yourself. Master yourself. Here is where we really go deep, where your fears don't have a say. To grow roots, you must open yourself up. This meditation develops the sensory system. It works on your pituitary, hypothalamus and thalamus aka; your command center. It raises vitality and increases mental clarity. Once you find what you are looking for, that is forever. Nobody can take it away.

Since we are constantly pulled in all directions, you must decide how to offer, how to present yourself to the world in order for the world to give back to you. Master yourself, surrender yourself to the process of finding out what you have been storing within. Ask, answers will come.

Listen to this beautiful mantra for peace and ease.

Vibrate these mantras everywhere you go. Strengthen your faith with these reminders!

> ONE  Amor
 - Love is the most powerful force in the world. When you feel afraid to come back to love.

> TWO
When in fear, Choose Love. Love will strengthen your faith. Relaying in something bigger and more powerful than yourself.

You do have control of your own thoughts. Set the intention to live in the present moment. Make this a habit and there will be no room for fear: Breath. Intention. Trust.

> FOURYour Mind controls your body. Your body controls your Breath. Your breath controls your Mind.

> FIVE Get out of your own way
and put stop to your mental chatter.

> SIX Get off the Internet and search within. It is the journey to the heart where you will find the answers you are looking for, not Google.

These 3 things always work for me:

3. Slow down.

It's impossible to think clearly when you're flooded with fear or anxiety. The first thing to do is take time out so you can physically calm down. Distract yourself from the worry for 15 minutes by walking around the block, making a cup of tea or having a bath

2. Identify.

Get specific about what exactly you’re afraid of. Get clear on what is true vs what your imagination is creating an exaggeration on. Stick to your facts.

1. Trust.
Trust the fact that everything that is happening is for your highest good. To either teach you, guide you or show you something in order to grow deeper. Live in the knowledge that anything you need to know will be revealed to you.

Using essential oils stimulates the olfactory system, the part of the brain connected to smell, including the nose and the brain. Once aromas are registered, scent travels faster to the brain than both sight or sound. Molecules that enter the nose or mouth pass to the lungs, and from there, to other parts of the body. Sending signals to the limbic system which is a part of your brain that plays a role in emotions, behaviors, sense of smell and long-term memory.

The limbic system is heavily involved in forming memories. This can partly explain why familiar smells can trigger memories or emotions. The limbic system also plays a role in controlling some unconscious physiological functions, such as breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure. Essential oils can exert a physical effect on your body in this way. Some of the health benefits of aromatherapy include its ability to reduce anxiety, ease depression, boost energy levels, speed up the healing process, eliminate headaches, boost cognitive performance, induce sleep, strengthen the immune system, reduce pain, improve digestion and increase circulation.
