Why do we get stuck? You get stuck when you think you should be something you’re not. When you think life should be different than it is. You know you're trying to force yourself to do something when words like ”should,” ”have to,” and ”must” enter your mind. It doesn't seem effortless, or fun, you have no desire to engage. All you are lacking is a little bit of creativity, to spark you again into getting moving!
Below you will find quick hacks to get you moving. Read, search, play - - take what you need! The important thing is that you allow yourself to shift, even if it is a teeny-weeny shift in perspective, in your thinking, in your feeling. Shifts are subtle ways to seeing things from a different perspective, acquire some self-love, self-compassion, and harness the strength to keep on going. That is why they say that the tinnies shift of them all can actually move mountains. So before we go any further ...stop, take a deep breath, change your frequency, & carry on!
When you train your body to get used to seeing things through a specific lens, after 40 days it becomes a habit. Can you teach your body to act and not react? This meditation clears our fear of the future, which has been created by our subconscious memories of the past. It connects us to the flow of life through our heart center. It's the holidays, don't be shy, it's a time to feel loved and comfortable with one's self.

3. Ask the right question.
Ask your question in endless ways. Quickly, without overthinking it, write 10 variations of the same question. Keep going, write it down, find out how you can ask what is in your heart and mind in many different ways. Instead of asking "How can I recreate the Italian espresso bar in the United States?" Howard Shultz (Starbucks founder) eventually looked at what wasn't working with that idea to instead ask "How can I create a comfortable, relaxing environment to enjoy great coffee?"
2. Be open and aware.
Be on the lookout for possible solutions. You can do this by becoming more aware and practicing mindfulness, which involves intentionally noticing things and not pegging people you meet based on your expectations or the categories you have established in your minds. Instead, try to be open and curious and resist stereotyping people.

What fears are blocking you from doing this task? Fear of failure? Fear of not being good enough? First, imagine the worst thing that can happen. How bad is that? Often, if you give some thought to what can actually happen, you can get a handle on your fears, and you can find ways to overcome them.
