Below you will find quick hacks to get you moving. Read, search, play - - take what you need! The important thing is that you allow yourself to shift, even if it is a teeny-weeny shift in perspective, in your thinking, in your feeling. Shifts are subtle ways to seeing things from a different perspective, acquire some self-love, self-compassion, and harness the strength to keep on going. That is why they say that the tinnies shift of them all can actually move mountains. So before we go any further ...stop, take a deep breath, change your frequency, & carry on!








Have 3 minutes of spare?

When you train your body to get used to seeing things through a specific lens, after 40 days it becomes a habit. Can you teach your body to act and not react?

This is the secret you always wished you had! When our mind confuses us and our thoughts make us anxious, it is very useful to remember Yogi Bhajan’s words: "There is nothing right or wrong, thinking makes it so, and you can think either way."

If you are going to commit to a meditation for a full month, or yet for the full 40 days, and you haven't yet - this is the one! There's no better way to remember that everything happens naturally than with our own pulse. Connecting with our breath, listening to our heartbeat, and paying attention to how we feel in our body when we are alone is the perfect place to learn how to slow down. 

This mediation will teach you to control your reaction to any situation and can bring sweetness and one-pointedness to the most outrageously scattered mind. Practice it in the morning, before bedtime, in the shower, or in the subway. Practice it all day every day if you can.

2. Eat breakfast and don't skip meals.
If your body and mind are feeling tired it is key to fuel them constantly and healthy.

1. Reduce stress to boost energy...
It is important to unload feelings and unconscious thoughts out of your mind and body. If you are feeling tired, the last thing you want to do is carry these stuck patterns with you day and night. Journal every morning and night. It doesn't have to be a novel, just a few lines will set you free, giving you better night sleep.


3. Consider not doing it.
If it’s something you’re really dreading, perhaps it’s something you shouldn’t do. This is not always an option, but sometimes I get requests to do stuff that eventually it turns out the requester didn’t really want too badly in the first place. Sometimes when I put something off, it’s no longer necessary by the time I am really ready to do it.

2. Prepare yourself.
Often tasks are much easier, and we’re much more likely to get started if we prepare for them first. Get the research done, get the tools ready, clear away distractions, get your coffee ready, and get going.

1. Do something good for you. 
Treat yourself in whatever what that makes you happy. A good meal, a good TV show, friends, whatever it is you love. Do.
