We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but we understand that mistakes happen when you can’t try the garments on before buying. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit only. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.
- Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the customer receiving the order.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained and unperfumed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any LUCIANA hangtags, attached.
- LUCIANA is not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- If the item is damaged during transport, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. Take a picture of the PACKAGE AND THE ITEM and send us the pictures right away.
Please follow these instructions:
- Start your return by emailing our customer service: info@LUCIANA.store
- You will receive a return form.
- Drop off at your nearest UPS location
- You will receive an email from our returns team letting you know the store credit has been applied and you will receive a personal code for you to use on your next purchase.
- Same process for International returns.
- Store credit can only be used at shopLUCIANA.com
- Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Please treat store credit like cash.
- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the store credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
- Store credit never expires.
