This is a subscription membership. Your card will be charged when you sign up for our membership and every month on the same billing day you made your first purchase.
The last 2 weeks of the month boxes will not be available for purchase. It is important for us that you receive your box in time, and start your month with plenty of time for you to be familiar with all the material.
Your Collective Grace box will ship on or around the last two weeks of the month.
If your box is lost or any product inside is damaged, please contact us ( email@example.com ) for help. Please allow an appropriate amount of shipping time before assuming your box is lost. But if it does happen, we’re here for you! If you haven’t claimed a lost or damaged Collective Grace box within 20 days after the box’s shipping date, we cannot guarantee a replacement of that exact box.
If you feel that you need to cancel, we’ll miss you! Please reach out to us and let us know. Once a box has shipped we do not accept cancelations nor refunds for that month.
CAN I USE COUPON CODES ON MY COLLECTIVE GRACE BOX?
Coupon codes cannot be applied toward subscriptions unless stated by LUCIANA.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY BOX?
